Welcome on board Lionshare Yacht! Meet your crew and enjoy a Welcome cocktail as you get settled in. Lionshare will be anchored near Crown Bay Marina in St Thomas, in the neighboring US Virgin Islands. Once on board, head towards Norman Island (BVI) via St John (USVI) and spend the afternoon playing with the toys in crystalline water. The yacht’s dive instructor will spend an hour going through the equipment and paperwork to prepare guests for the week ahead.

This stylish tri-deck motor yacht with her light and airy contemporary open plan layout accommodates 10 to 12 guests in a five stateroom layout. Ideal for adult groups and families with children alike.

Outdoor deck spaces are designed for sunbathing, entertaining and relaxing. She boasts an outdoor cinema with 10’ x 6’ screen and surround sound for movie night under the stars on the bridge deck aft.

Aloft to the sky deck finds the Jacuzzi with sun pad surround and additional seating commanding panoramic views. Loaded with water sports toys and diving for up to 4 guests with valid certification.

Start the morning with a certified open water dive at The Indians, the four rock pinnacles with a maximum depth of 15 metres that are regarded as one of the best shallow reef dives in the BVIs. More confident divers can move on to the Deep Indian (maximum depth 25 metres). In the afternoon Lionshare will relocate to the rocks near The Bight to dive the Santa Monica Rock. This 30-metre dive offers the chance to spot horse-eye jacks, barracuda, mackerel and moray eels.

In the morning, Lionshare will head to Peter Island to dive the anchor of the RMS Rhone, the Royal Mail sail steamer that lost her anchor before sinking in a hurricane in 1867. After an al fresco lunch on board, head to the north of Great Harbour to dive the wooden wrecks of Fearless and the previous Willy T for the chance to spot southern stingrays, eagle rays and turtles.

Lionshare will move to Manchioneel Bay at dawn, and during breakfast the chase boat will be prepared for guests to dive the RMS Rhone. Sitting at a maximum depth of 25 metres, the wreck is divided into two dive sites – the bow and the stern. The crew will bring spare tanks so that there is enough time to dive the whole area. Spend the afternoon in White Bay, Peter Island, before enjoying a film in the yacht’s outdoor cinema.

Allow your crew to set up an unforgettable beach day at a secluded beach that will be all yours to enjoy. A seamless set up with all the amenities awaits, including lounge chairs with umbrellas, music and games, cold cocktails served from your beachside swim-up bar, and of course your yacht’s collection of jet skis, paddleboards, towable toys, and more to ensure a perfect day of fun in the sun. Watch as the chef prepares a full-spread BBQ lunch be served under a shaded canopy for guests to enjoy dining in summer breeze with feet in the sand.  

Relocate to Virgin Gorda and anchor in Long Bay, which offers easy tender access to the giant granite boulders known as The Baths. Following an afternoon land tour  of these geographical wonders you can take part in a night dive at Paul’s Grotto. It passes through the boulders and it is common to see sleeping nurse sharks, lobsters and crabs.

Make way for Guana Island in the early morning and anchor in White Bay for a two-tank dive – Times Square and Grand Central Station. Times Square offers the chance to see boulders, sheer cliffs and caves.

Afterwards, Grand Central Station is a cave dive with a tunnel that ends in an 18-metre-long shaft, nicknamed The Elevator.

Spend the final day at Little Jost Van Dyke and dive the Twin Towers. The locals have nicknamed this site “shark alley”, and you will have the chance to see the biggest sharks in the BVIs. Once the adrenaline has subsided, tender to the Soggy Dollar Bar for a Painkiller on the beach. Spend your last evening in West End, Tortola, for cocktails ashore and a final dinner on board.

In the morning head back towards the USVIs and St Thomas, via customs clearance at St John, and then disembark your yacht.

It's time to say goodbye to your crew and transfer to the airport for your flight home. Until next time!
